Arranging funerals
Your chosen funeral director will make the formal arrangement with the parish about the service, which can be held either in church or at the crematorium. The funeral director will also be able to discuss costs with you. Once we have been instructed by the funeral director, a minister will get in touch to arrange a visit to discuss what you would like for the service.
Burials and graves
We no longer allow burial in the grounds of Holy Trinity Church. Our local cemetery and crematorium is Easthampstead Park Cemetery, South Road, Nine Mile Ride, Wokingham, Berkshire RG40 3DW.
Prayer and memory
It is our practice to pray for those who have been bereaved and for the person who has died, in the period leading up to the funeral. Our prayer and support for you, the next of kin, will continue after the funeral if you want it. We also hold an annual memorial service in November for those who have been bereaved.
