Children & Young People

Young people are welcome at all of our services.

We welcome children and young people to any of the services at Holy Trinity and Mosaic. Please do not worry if your child runs around or makes a noise – we just ask you stay close to them to prevent accidents to themselves or others.

On Sundays a corner of the main church building at Holy Trinity is set aside for young children – please sit with them. We have a small selection of toys and books, and also provide colouring activities each week, but you can bring quiet toys (no battery operated items please) for your child to the service.

Children’s Church for children at primary school takes place once a month in Langley Hall, usually on the first Sunday of the month, run by approved volunteers. Children rejoin their parents during the service, and at the end of the service children will often show and talk to the congregation about what they have been doing.

Mosaic church has children's activities each Sunday and special children's sessions during the service once a month. During communion services, children can be given a blessing by the minister if they come to the altar.

Please check the bulletin for details.

Parish Youth Group

Our Parish Youth Group meets on Sunday afternoons (usually on the second Sunday) between 3pm and 4.30pm. Youth Group is open to young people from year six upwards who like to chat, play games and eat cake. Sometimes we will think and talk about the Bible and ask age-appropriate questions of faith.
